I am extremely satisfied with both the arrangement as well as the ordering process. It was very simple and straightforward to order on-line. Everything I had questions about was answered on their website. The recipient of the floral arrangement sent me a picture and it looked almost identical to the picture the website shows on-line. It is gorgeous! The flowers were very fresh and the price was reasonable. The delivery was flawless as well. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from this company! A+++
