Payments Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your selected plan. Payments are processed 5 days prior to each scheduled delivery, and all payments must be received in advance. Account Changes Need to make adjustments? To pause, modify, or cancel your subscription, please contact our shop directly at 608-356-5336 — we’re happy to assist. Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please call us at 608-356-5336 at least 5 days before the payment processing date. Delivery Dish gardens are delivered according to your subscription schedule. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee We’re committed to your satisfaction. Refunds cannot be issued for completed deliveries, but if your dish garden arrives in less-than-perfect condition or you’re unsatisfied, please contact us right away at 608-356-5336 — we’ll make it right.
